1. How to ship?

We mainly deliver our pearl products by UPS express. It reliable and it is not expensive because we can got the discount deliver prices. But we will use whatever method you prefer.

It usually takes 2~7 days to be delivered. For example, it only takes 2 days for USA,CA delivery.

The shippment fee as follows:

When you place your orders online, the shipment fee will be automatically calculated.

We package all items in bubble-pack boxes or envelopes.The items are also wrapped in bubble packing paper for extra protection.

 
NOTEs:

1. If delivering to other countries, the fees are a little different sometimes.

2. If the weight of your goods is above 21KG, the shipment fee can be more cheaper. When you place your order online, our system will automatically calculate the total amount of your shipment fees.

2. How to return?

Our tenet is 100% customer’s satisfaction, we strive of the fenest quality and the most favourable price and try our best to meet your needs.

If the jewelry items you received is a factory-defective item, you may ask a return it for a full refund, credit or exchange. All other returns, you must obtain the RA# within 7 business days of merchandise receipt in order to make any returns. Each package must have the RA# clearly printed on the outside of the box or shipping label. Returns will not be honored if merchandise is altered in any manner.

Pearl wholesale assortments must be returned in full as originally shipped. Partial (or "cherry-picked") assortments or any returns that do not conform to this return policy will not be accepted.

Unless defective, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings as there are serious sanitary issues and disease transmission concerns associated with returned jewelry.

Shipping charges should be prepaid unless arranged otherwise in advance. Shipping charges can only be refunded in the case of a manufacturing defect or erroneously shipped jewelry supply product. All sales are final after 7 business days.
